How would I return my item?

If you have any defect with your product please reach us within the first 3 days after receiving the product. We will assist you with the return procedure.

What is the return policy?

If in case you have a defect and want to return the product, we can replace it if you have received a damaged product or refund the amount to your bank account (COD and Shipping charges will be deducted from the amount you spent on our website.) The refund will be initiated after we receive the product and carefully inspect it.

The return procedure will attract Rs.100 as a processing fee.

THERE IS NO RETURN PROCEDURE FOR WRONG/ NEGLIGENT ORDERS AND REFUND REQUESTS PLACED BY CUSTOMERS RELATING TO FITTING OF PRODUCT, PRODUCT QUALITY, COLOR, OR SIZE.

Products may differ slightly in color from what is shown in the pictures.

Is reverse pickup available?
No, we do not provide reverse pickup.

What is the cancellation policy?

If your consignment has not left the warehouse, we can cancel the product. But if the consignment is shipped out it is di
fficult for us to cancel the order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. No exchanges provided for items that have been sent correctly and where there is no mistake on our behalf.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

For COD orders, if you wish to return the product, you have to ship us the product. After receiving the product we will inspect it and issue you store credits that you can use to buy anything from our store.

For Prepaid orders, you have to ship us the product. After receiving the product we will inspect it and issue you full refund or you can opt for store credits.
